Custom Orders
Special products and variety selections may be available by custom order. Requests must be received in advance to allow adequate production time. Please inquire for details.

We welcome international inquiries!
Acknowledgements/Deposits
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an Acknowledgement. A 10-25% deposit is due within 30 days of our deposit request. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the deposit is not received within 30 days of issuance of the deposit request. Upon receipt of your Acknowledgment, please review the details such as ship date, variety, quantities, product types and sizes and deposit due. Please notify us immediately of any discrepancies or changes to your request.
Packing & Shipping
Freight, packaging materials and refrigerated storage are charged at cost. For freight and shipping information, please inquire. We can help to arrange shipment of your order by the most appropriate means, via common carrier, LTL or other available options. We will be glad to load your vehicle at our nursery with advance notice. Loading and receiving hours are 8am to 3pm, Monday through Friday. Plants become property of the purchaser when they are picked up by the carrier. We are not responsible for loss, damage or delay in transit.
