Our dedicated staff of nursery professionals is focused on your success. We grow and finish Fall Creek® blueberry
plants in several different product types to meet your needs. Following is a list of our standard plant products, with
descriptions and suggestions of uses for each. Packaging and ordering information is included.
Finished Stock
No. 1 Container
Our premier product is grown specially for immediate retail display or for a
quick turn, reliable and consistent transplant program into a No.2 or No. 3
sized pot. Multiple shearing and a meticulous Fall Creek cultural program
produce a superior well branched, stout plant that is sure to compliment and
improve nursery sales. Most upright growing Highbush varieties average
18-24 inches in height, while the finished height of other Vaccinium sp. is 8-16 inches,
depending upon their different growth characteristics. No. 1 Containers (we used to call
them 1 gallon) measure 6 inches in diameter, are 7 inches deep and have an average volume
of 2.9 liters. Each plant is carefully packed and palletized in Fall Creek bin boxes for
convenient handling, pick up and delivery. Full bin boxes hold up to 250 containers. Sold
in multiples of 20 per variety. Exclusive Fall Creek picture tags are included in the list price.
Advantage Cell Transplants
Fall Creek Advantage Cell Grown Transplants replace traditional bare root plants. It is the premier alternative to overcome the challenges typically experienced with traditional bare root plant production. They have a strong, vigorous, clean root system with stronger canopy growth. This product type is shipped with no pots which ensures reduced handling and freight. Fall Creek Cell Grown Blueberry Transplants are available in three sizes, all with extreme uniformity of quality and size. This product is sold in multiples of 24 per variety.
