Recently CBS ran a news segment Identifying Food Fake-Outs (2/3/11) on their HealthWatch series. This story centers on food product companies that are implying on packaging that blueberries are included in the food product when, in fact, they are not.
Of course, as a blueberry company, we'd like to see real blueberries actually used in these products. However, as consumers ourselves, we'd like to think that we're actually buying (and eating) what we think we're getting. What are "Blueberry Flavored Crunchlets" anyway?
