People of Fall Creek - Nathan

Nathan Lagman has been at Fall Creek for a little over a year and he’s already made a significant impression. Nathan’s official title is Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative, but he goes far beyond his job expectations on a regular basis, and does so with a smile on his face and a large mug of coffee in his hand. He is fluent in Filipino, English, and Spanish, and works closely with the international sales team at Fall Creek and in processing international orders.

“The most rewarding part of my job is learning new things and enhancing my capabilities. I am constantly learning from our customers, from the wonderful support and interaction with co-workers,  and from all the collaboration with different departments involved in taking care of our customers’ needs.” Nathan said.

 Nathan’s talents don’t end with his position at Fall Creek. In his spare time, Nathan cooks complex dishes from different cultures, creates intricate drawings that are displayed in his office space and spends time with his wife and two children. 

“After tasting original dishes from other parts of the world, I try to replicate them with a little twist of what works well for my palate,” Nathan said. “I find cooking as a creative art form that takes you to the heart and soul of where the origin of the recipe came from.”

When Nathan isn’t providing customer service to our international customers, coordinating visits with our international partners or completing plant orders all over the globe, he’s answering the main phone line and proofreading our Spanish translation projects.

“Fall Creek is a great company to be a part of. It has a fun atmosphere that is focused on getting the job done and all of the employees really work well together,” Nathan said. “Fall Creek and its employees just make you feel like a part of the family.”
