New Hire Announcment CS - Mexico

Meet Jesús Morales, who is joining Fall Creek as Global Applied Research Manager as part of Central Services, reporting to Paul Sandefur, Director of Breeding.

Jesús Morales holds a B.S in agronomy with an MS in fruit crop science. Jesús has a strong background in plant breeding science and data management, and he is passionate about the berry world.

Jesús has been part of leading companies in the breeding sector and started his career in 2008 at Driscoll’s since then he has been providing his experience to companies such as NSIP and Sunbelle Mexico (now Giddings Groups). Jesús has worked with crops like berries, coffee, papaya, and castor bean supported by some of the most prestigious actors in global breeding and R&D.

At Fall Creek, Jesús will help to standardize and implement production systems customized to each variety we create by using the state of art science and technology as well as working collaboratively with the different areas of the company to deliver a more finished product to our clients.

On the personal side, Jesús enjoys doing sports such as tennis, soccer, paddle, and others as well as reading and watching movies with his family.
